Thank you for your report. Our Maintenance crew is aware of this issue and the lights have workorders to hopefully get fixed soon. All of the lights were replaced earlier this summer due to vandalism, so it is unfortunate that the majority will need to be replaced again. We will notify our Parks Patrol deputies to make a site visit to assess the issue of the person living under the bridge. We appreciate your patience as we deal with these issues.
