A Notice of Violation has been issued to this property
Violations
302.7 Accessory structures: Accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. Replace / reinstall damaged fence
304.7 Roofs & drainage Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in good repair and free from obstructions. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public nuisance.
Compliance date set to 09/08/2023
After the compliance date, we have 3 to 5 business days to do a final inspection to check if the situation has been abated.
Please stay in contact with us in case we need the right of entry to gather enough evidence to send them to housing court (if they do not fix the issue)
