Have you considered speaking with the residents of 48 Central Ave?

48 Central leaves garbage on that strip often. This platform is for people who don't want to speak directly, seems to me. Have you been by this location, Tommy? Maybe you can tell them. And while you're there please stop in at 57 Park, and ask them to stop leaving their garage bins out. They never take them in. They block the sidewalk and the street parking with them. It's a tough reality that some people just don't get it or care.

This, though, sounds like the same way people in Spring Glen leave stuff out at the curb all the time for giveaway. We had a box of books out just yesterday.

It's not the same. It's piles of dirty, disorganized, junk.
