There needs to be better no parking signs on Lyle st. the street is very narrow,cars and residents can not pass not can they get in there drive ways. the traffic is coming from kipp Academy Elementary in East Washington Community,speeding down this narrow street is a danger to the kids and seniors,can the speed be reduced to 15 miles .This is definitely per residents and concern other stakeholders in this city. safety, you see something say something. please have this fixed. The signs been there for more than 10 years.You can barely see them. Double parking is a violation of the ordinances ( both sides of street).
