Description

The traffic light at the exit of the Home Depot parking lot is programmed to provide the green arrow while the pedstrian crosswalk signal is giving the right of way. If one approaches the arrow to turn a pedestrian could get hit, the light should remain solid green when Pedstrian signal is giving right of way, and even perhaps a sign to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk should be added too. This is a safety issue and is going to be another vechile and pedestrian accident if this is not addressed quickly.
