I called on Thursday to advise that trash collection . I called back on Friday and advised that they didn't pick it up but would be out on Friday . I left it out all day and still no trash collection . I am would like for my trash to be collected as promised by your department . I do not want to wait until the next trash collection by can is already full .

Good morning,
According to the Route Supervisor they serviced your container on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, we do not have any trucks in your area until Thursday. You may place extra bags next to your container on Thursday, December 11th. The driver will service your container and the extra bags outside of the container. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Waste Management office at 757-385-4650.
