The owner of 2517 Gregmoor Ct. parks their car (and allows guests to park their cars) on the Biroc Ct. cul-de-sac which blocks the delivery drivers and trash pick up trucks. the trucks have to drive over the median and end up damaging the landscaping (its not the truck drivers fault).
