The email box? That's disappointing. I wouldn't have guessed that. Does Philly 311 get many emails from SeeClickFix? Are photographs attached? Do you know which email they're sent to? I want to make sure the 311 team knows they're arriving.
Yes. Most are unresolved because information is not available. I made this name on here just to reply to your request. Sometimes there are photos yes but not always. Emails come into the philly311@phila.gov I process emails. When these come through if there is enough information for a request I will submit. I do not reply because there is no email for the customer listed. If there is not enough information or not something we here at 311 handle I log the ticket and close it out unresolved.
Also, sometimes they go to the Health Departments email. The health department usually forwards the email to us to reply to. I received on of those on Monday.
