Thank you for reporting the site to the Town. Since the curbing on the street appears to be concrete, that is the material that will be used to install the new curb. Concrete cannot be poured when the temperatures are less or go below 36 degrees F. Therefore, we will not be able to get to your address until April time frame. MGK
