City Link Auto parks cars on the sidewalk in the early morning and in the evening obstructing pedestrian traffic. They have been doing this for months especially weekdays between 3 AM and 6 AM
They also park unregistered cars on the street taking up parking places on Coney Island and Webster Avenues and they don't pay the meters denying the cit of needed revenue.

What do Inspectors Sprague and Monteforte have to say about this moratorium on tickets and the resulting lawlessness? A severe crackdown with tow trucks will send a clear message.
