Description

I have been trying to locate the person(s) responsible for the signal lights and adjusting them so that more than 3 cars can pass through the light in the morning during rush hour. Sometimes the cars on allentown Road are backed up 2 or 3 blocks and it takes you 10-15 minutes to get pass the light because while the Brinkley Road light is green the other light at Allentown Way is red and ther is no where for the vehicles to go. Please Help!!
