DESPERATELY need a bike rack for visitors. Manager is not allowing any visitors to visit their elderly parents or grandparents. A majority of visitors do not have vehicles to drive and their form of transpiration is a bike or small one person scooter. This is discriminations. Besides not allowing you to enter them manually (not riding them), the manager rudely screams and embarrasses the visitors that they are NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER TO VISIT. Also, manager says they will place a bike rack in the future IN THE BACK, when a lot of these visitors used these because they actually also have leg, knee, feet issue, making is difficult for visitors to go to the back to place their bikes back there to then FORCEFULLY walk around the block to enter. This is unacceptable. I have not been able to visit my father and I am 60 yrs old with knee problem, hence, why I use my scooter, I have no car and can not walk much for too long, and the manager SCREAMED at me in front of many, embarrassing me. This is very unprofessional.

This bike rack on First ST, west of Provost ST - the north side of the 150 Bay ST building.
It continues to obstruct the walking path of pedestrians. 25 individual "Loop" bike racks were excessively placed on a majority of this pedestrian pathway - breaking into the historic bricks with cement plantings. BUT BUT the original offense is still here - still blocking pedestrians.

Please remove this large bike rack - move it to some other block.
