When did lower Dixwell Avenue become a truck depot? They park illegally close to corners, so that oncoming traffic isn't visible to anyone trying to pull out from side streets. This has become a daily occurrence; on Monday there were at least 6 trucks parked between ALK Liquors and Treadwell Street.

The dirt bikes are back driving up and down the street. One seems to be following the school bus, I might be wrong, he might just be showing off, but I saw him yesterday and today speeding around the back of the bus. Either way this isn't good.

Why are semi trucks allowed to park overnight and sometimes for days on dixwell ave? They make it very difficult to turn onto dixwell ave from side streets.

The charger on the right does not fully extend. This has been broken for maybe a month or so. The charger works, but since it can't extend, it cannot be used.

This charger is used frequently and is a wonderful resource. There are not many public chargers in Hamden and it helps a lot of people who cannot charge elsewhere.

The mile markers on the trail have faded away and this presents a safety issue. The mile markers should be repainted. Should an issue arise this will allow for emergency personnel to be directed to the appropriate location on the trail.

The residents of this address have a dog that is left outside and allowed to bark constantly while the owners seemingly do nothing to prevent it. This needs to stop; others in the neighborhood with dogs are considered enough to not allow this. Why can't this house also be considerate like those those around them?

This will probably be the first of many noise complaints for this address.

In May I reported that Center One property on Colony Street was unkept with overgrown weeds. In the past, this property was kept trimmed and orderly however it is unsightly. Public Works claimed it was due to the "hill" and that drainage was an issue. This was never true in the past and in 40 years I have never seen drainage issues at this site. Now 3 months later, the property has not been touched and the weeds are hanging into the sidewalk making it impassable.
Can someone trim this town owned property!

The guard rail on Benham Street between Gorham & Benham Hill Place is damaged--it has been like this since the last accident happened a couple of months ago. If another car or truck hits the guardrail it is likely that the vehicle will go down the embankment and land in the stream.

Southern CT Gas's contractor parks their heavy equipment on the street overnight. The large vehicles block sightless and should not be allowed to park in residential neighborhoods. United Illuminating's contractors park their trucks in private parking lots. SCGs contractors should as well. They are a safety issue when parked on residential streets.

    To whom it may concern:

I’ve called the Hamden police department numerous times to report this illegal boat and trailer parked on Russo Drive. It is causing a traffic problem on dead end street and blight to the neighbors. Please have someone look into this matter asap.

    Thank you
