Owner asked for pricing to add electrical to a storage shed to make it a rentable residence. I asked about permitting and they said as a law enforcement officer they were not required to permit the work. They are already renting out storage sheds for housing and I said I could not complete the work without permitting. They threatened me when I would not agree.

The residents are closing in the gazebo built two years ago. Plywood has been added to the sides of the building.

I checked the website and there's still no permits for this address Yet a while back they received a displayed violation

A new tenant has moved in this unit and is operating a car repair shop. He has had several cars on and off with hoods up. I have taken a couple of pictures of him under the hood.
