    We have yet to see someone from the city monitor the issue at pleasure house road and Bel Air lane. With today's rain the water is rising into our property from the ROW. Please let us know when someone can come look at it. We were told the water had to have been sitting for more than 7 days. It has been, and now this rain on top of it has caused a greater issue.
    There is clearly a drain issue on the ROW.

    A very nice gentleman came to talk to us about the mowing, ,while its unbelievable we have to mow the ROW we accepted his response.

    However, drainage on the road into a public drain creating a mess in our yard is not acceptable.

    We need someone to fix this issue.

    My front driveway, lawn and sidewalk seem to be collapsing toward the road in line with roadside drain. When popping storm drain manhole off sidewalk, there appears to be a bad patch. Either way, my driveway has collapsed/sunk by 4+ inches in past 6 months. Lawn behind drain has created void below sidewalk where structures are being undermined. Also, cracks are forming along my garage door where driveway is separating from foundation toward same direction. This is getting to be a serious issue that I'd like investigated asap before property damage becomes worse.

    The drainage pipe is causing a sink hole in the yard. There has been a previous repair at the address next door about 10' away.

    From storm drain on road to the storm grate located in backyard there are multiple sink holes. One hole is approximately 18 inches deep and another about 12 inches deep.

    Good morning,

    Hope you're having a better day than myself. Property issue number 8418268 closed! Not so fast. As a homeowner, I abide to municipal code Sec. 33-13. I perfectly understand it. Due to the street flooding from Arctic Ave to Mediterranean Ave, is the issue why the soil eroded away. The solution is to fix the flooding issues. Meanwhile the city should provide some river rocks or pavers something heavier than soil to prevent trip hazard. With these current financial times, cannot beot wasting my money to pay to refill the dirt sotat the cit's poor drainage can wasit h awa again & again Please help to remedy this issue for this neighborhood.

    In the past year I have made three phone calls requesting this curb fixed. The grass is over grown because I can't cut it due to the rubble underneath. It now affects rain water drainage resulting in standing water in the city street and mosquitoes breeding.
