An orange cone was placed in the hole -- apparently that counts as a repair? And someone stole it, of course. This is hugely dangerous and needs repair asap.

It no longer needs to be blocked but it is. This causes sidewalk and street flooding in even moderate rain.

They were never removed and now cause pooling and flooding down 11th whenever it rains--even a little. Can these finally be removed? Both at this intersection and along 11th in general?
