This truck is very loud and idles for 20 minutes to an hour. It comes every night and it is there right now at 9:23 PM

The crane at the construction site at 23rd and L streets, NW, has turned on an amazingly bright light that is aimed directly at the apartments at the Ritz Carlton and shine into my windows at 1099 22nd St. NW. This is brand new, causes way too much light pollution and is a major annoyance to residents in the West End.

Same truck every night at about 8:30. Sits in front of Starbucks with idling engine for about 30 minutes. He's there now.
