second posting, my first post a month ago was archived without a response. the lights on the stairwell off Blount of the Wilmington Street station deck are out. they do not come on after dark.

Downed tree branch on the shoulder encroaching into the lane in the curve. The shoulder is very small so the branch sticks into the road.

Tall weeds make it difficult to see oncoming traffic when turning from state Street onto glascock
