This remains unacknowledged an no updates despite several phone calls to bring attention to this posting. I understand there is a waiting period but it has been almost 5 months.
Is this still on the list or has it been inspected.? please post response- Thank you !

Drains all along Valley, especially at intersections with side streets on hill all need to be inspected and cleared. The last storm clogged most of them with leaves. Drain at this particular address/ lowspot is clogged and flooding road.
There needs to be a street sweeping, even if spotty, in the area as the the last scheduled one was done October 1.

Drain at this location is over clogged with trash and leaves. Possible filled in with same. Please clear before winter as melting snow & water flows across road and freezes creating dangerous driving conditions due to clogged storm drain.

Large pothole in downhill travel lane about midway between Loomis Place and St Ronan. Can't miss it. Deep enough and large, about 1'+ in diameter.

Where the sidewalk meets the curb there are multiple small but deep potholes that need filling. They are just big enough for anyone to get their foot stuck in and trip. Also no baby stroller or wheelchair can access this sidewalk due to the condition of the roadway. please fix before someone gets hurt. There are a lot of senior residents in the area. Thank you

in the back corner of the parking lot is a pile of asphalt now included is more random debris,a third pile appeared last night, looks as if someone is using it as a regular dumping spot. Please keep an eye out.

The crosswalk signage has been destroyed and needs to be replaced. it is dangerous for people to cross here as is....

Not sure when this started, but appears everyday. Zoning regulations state it is illegal to discharge water onto a sidewalk or street. Please investigate and have them reroute this discharge to an internal drain. Appears to be water, maybe A/C condensation drainage?

This tree is very old and large and needs to evaluated for removal. It appears diseased, has several large dead branchesand has evidence of ants/bugs with sawdust type wood coming out around the trunk and is very hollow.
Nearby homeowners are concerned about it taking out nearby power lines or falling on house.
Please inspect for prioritization.

The Mayor has been abusing the EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER for meeting announcements and general information.
As important as these announcements may be, they are certainly not an emergency. Starting the robo-call with this is an EMERGENCY MESSAGE is misleading and abuse of the system. There must be another way to get these announcements out to the public without calling it an EMERGENCY.

I don't call 911 for parking complaints, why should the Mayor use this system for general announcements??

People speed and drive the wrong way on this stretch. Can we get on a list for a curb bump out/ speed hump on Victory at the Rock Creek Drive intersection to keep people under 50mph ??

Who would we talk to to get it on an agenda ??

I have experienced multiple drivers speeding down the street going the wrong way from way over the crest of the hill on Victory. Can we please get some better signage in place than the barely visible 1 foot by 1 foot signs that exist. It appears people are not aware that this is a one way street after Rock Creek.
We could also use a bump out at this location to keep abuser from going the wrong way as well as a speed bump.

This issue has been posted hmmm 15 times since last month.NO SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THIS LOCATION. IMPASSABLE. NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE BY ANY MEANS. No acknowledgement , no response from calls to public space inspector. Anyone home ??? Do we have an acting public space inspector ?? Who is Pike international paying off???
