Please do not keep closing this issue until it is addressed.

The damage to this sidewalk was a result of the undermining due to the deficient coal shute belonging to the property. DPW has informed the property owners that the repairs are their responsibility.

Look at the original picture. The sidewalk was not cracked where the coal shoot was. This is the cities sidewalk and we have already paid $14,000.00 to have done what the city required. The city dug up the sidewalk and I have all the original pictures.

This sidewalk has been repaired.
