The hedges are still obstructing the sidewalk. It looks like an herbicide was sprayed along the edges as leaves have turned black in several areas. The branches are still an obstruction poking people as they walk past.

I elevated this issue to Rep Cheh’s office on two occasions. Apparently this has been reported by many residents over the years with nothing done.

The hedges have been cut back but they still encroach over the sidewalk in several places.
