Description

I live behind a library, which creates high traffic in the alley. There is a manhole that has become lose, and I believe it's because of the pothole starting to surround the manhole. Every time someone drives over it, it makes a loud jarring noise. It seems to have gotten worse of the past week or so. I realize there are probably bigger road issues, however I'm hoping that this can be fixed. I drive over manholes all the time and none seem to make the noise this one does. I also believe because it's in an alley, the noise is louder.
