The crews working inside the greenway dropped a ton of rocks all over Raleigh Blvd that are flying up and hitting cars. Please have them remove all the debris to prevent further damage to vehicles.
While we're on it, please also address why 6 months worth of work in the Greenway stretching into years? Is anyone checking to see why there doesn't seem to be any progress and the park continues to be torn up while equipment and vehicles are in the same spots not doing anything?

Thank you for your concerns. We will make sure that the road continues to be free of rocks and debris. This information has been passed along to the contractor and the project inspector. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
The work that is taking place is actually associated with the installation of a 72" diameter sewer main that is approximately 20 to 30' deep. As you can imagine with all of the wet weather that we have been having this winter, construction of this type is very difficult and the contractors production rates have suffered. While the pipeline work through this corridor was completed 3 weeks ago, it has been too wet and/or cold to restore the greenway and denuded area. We anticipate all work to be completed in the next 3 -4 weeks.
