By now this issue has abated itself. The issue is/was snow not being removed from the sidewalk in front of a business.

Several days before this picture was taken I observed a wheel chair bound resident from a nearby retirement try to negotiate through this area.

Two things keep him from doing so. #1 was the snow that had not been properly removed, #2 people standing around smoking in this outside area and they would not get out of the way and #3 the way the snow that had been removed was piled up along the curb line.

This business is just another example of how all the business is interested in money.

This outdoor seating are should have never been allowed with the large entrance awning and its support poles.. Under the right condition it blocks access for people with mobility. problems.
