This is a combination of issues dealing with a super can being left out in the alley, the property owner himself dumping on his own property and the privacy fence needing repair.

The super can being left in the alley is a repeating issue. The area also seem to collect the alley's unwanted items.

I don't have a picture of the chimney/flue, however if you look at the one in the rear you can the bricks are loose and falling.

The house also has multiple tenants who are not related and they continuously have barking dogs at all hours of the day. The barking dog issue has been reported in the past to animal control. The dog(s0 continue to bark. This house is bringing down the value of other nearby homes.
