One of the many, numerous issues with this complex. The elevator is broken AGAIN for the sixth time since I've lived here (since October 2013). DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?

This issue is old and has been resolved.
Any future Building relater matters should be sent to the Building Official's Office at 203.946.8040.
You can always call the Fire Department too.
