Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. Midtown Alliance is a non-profit organization working to improve the Midtown Community. While basic infrastructure repair and maintenance remain the responsibility of the City of Atlanta, our full-time staff works to enhance these services in the district. To this end, we address outstanding issues as quickly as we can and as our budget and authority allow. For those issues that lie outside of our purview, we will advocate for resolution on your behalf. Once we have reviewed your report you will receive a message detailing the steps that will be taken to resolve the issue.
