Christmas trees are collected by DPW. Please place a request for trash pick up.

I love the way DC Gov employees pass the buck back to citizens. Why not forward the citizen request to the proper agency instead of implying "not my job, I don't care"?

+1 on @Mt. Pleasant DC's comment. If it is wrongly categorized then fix it. Why pass the buck?

The trees have still not been picked up. 311 - please recategorize this issue if necessary. The trees have been sitting there for more than six weeks.

Christmas trees are trash pick up. DDOT/UFA does not provide this service. Please contact DPW for services.
