There has been standing water on Ramsgate Street for at least 2 weeks. The water goes from one side of the street to the other and it appears to be running down the street as well (this address is at the top of a hill). The water has frozen during the last few cold days/nights making it a nice slippery sheet of ice. It would be great to have this checked on before the next freeze.
