Recent sewage work has been completed on Dekalb Avenue in front of our loft, resulting in a giant hole in the road that needs to be covered by two large steel plates. The noise that results from speeding vehicles driving over these plates can be heard very loudly in the private residences adjacent to the hole. The road needs to be paved and the plates removed as soon as possible, as it is now preventing us from being able to sleep at night. The sound is unbearable and has been worsening over the last two weeks. I appreciate your attention to this issue.
