The tire in the photo above is roughly 15 feet from the trash bags in the picture found at SCF #840027.

There is much more trash in the creek to be addressed. The tire was the most obvious.

This is actually on private property so it has been referred to Housing and Envionmental Inspections.

An inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 12/9/2013 with deadline of 12/19/2013. Actual address 1414 Brookside Drive.

Would you please give me a status update? More trash is now dumped at this location in addition to the old trash and tire that was originally reported several weeks ago. Thank you.

Per Housing and Environmental Inspections: These addresses do not exist. The two addresses on this street are 1610 & 1611 Vale St. He did not observe any public nuisance violations at these addresses or anywhere on this street including around the creek. It would be helpful if we had the phone number of the complainant so we can ask questions and get additional information. He did initiate a public nuisance case for some limbs/branches and discarded concrete at 201 Plainview Ave which is an adjacent street. Please provide a contact number so the inspector can call you directly and get this issue resolved.

Hi. I received a voice mail message around 4:30 pm on Friday 31 January 2014 from a Mr. Doug Lilly (sp?). I have not left town so I am not sure where they got that information.
