The sidewalk in front of 1235 west Cary street has become completely impassable. Bricks have been removed over a large portion of it and the problem is continuously getting worse.

11/13/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team (20020923851) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000

Request has been forwarded to The Department of Public Works for further investigation. The request has been placed in the system for sidewalk repairs. Please note- Mgmt team states that there is a two to three year repair list for sidewalks and curbs. Please continue to monitor request using CRS#20020923851. Updates or follow up can also be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000.
