It is just another normal day on my bike commute if I get stuck at R st (eastbound) at N Capitol because drivers going south on N Capitol are blocking the road. Today it happened, yesterday it happened. This would be a good place to consider a red light camera or some Don't Block the Box signs.

In addition to Don't Block the Box signs, it would be nice if the series of lights on N Cap (Randolph Pl, R St, Quincy Pl, Florida Av, P Street and NY Ave) could be timed to improve traffic flow.
