The house at 435 Delaware Ave. has trash in driveway, graffiti on the back of the house and on the side of the garage with profanity on the garage man door (f--- you) that is visible when driving north on Delaware Ave. Issue was reported to our councilman, he even came over and looked at it, but nothing has been done.
