I appreciate your attention to the debris on Cobble Creek Ln. It is a problem that these areas under the power lines are easy targets for random dumping and yet Duke Power Energy takes no responsibility for maintenance of miles of overgrowth at the tower sites. The City of Raleigh is commended for caring. Appearance makes a difference to people riding through our city.

I agree with Concerned, Duke Power takes no responsibility for maintenance under power lines that run through residential communities making those areas a perfect place to dump trash. Help keep this community a healthy and walkable area by cleaning up blighted property on Cobble Creek Lane.

An inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 11/5/2013 with deadline of 11/15/2013.

Per Housing and Environmental Inspections, this property, 4521 Cobble Creek Ln has been submitted for abatement.

Inspections has confirmed the violations cleared. The property was not abated. Cold weather had killed the majority of the vegetation. The case was closed on 3/25/2014. Thank you.
