Possibly this is not a trash dump as you state. It appears they are doing some construction work there and the bags could be filled with debris that they have been cleaning up. Of course, unless you opened the bags and looked in to see if they were trash! Try to look on the positive side😊

It appears the AT&T contractor Dumped their time excess concrete there. As well as extraneous bags of trash and garbage. Nice thought though. Not typical construction debris. Except the concrete. Who knows when that will be removed.

Trash and debris piling up day by day. Is not a positive look for the City.

SJR I don’t typically dig through garbage and will not start now. The City need to inspect. And protect the area as the trash is continuing to pile up. The Owner should be held responsible.
