Description

There has been a left turn signal installed at Maryland and White Bear for a long long time. I've never seen it functioning. In the last few weeks I have waited through 2 or 3 cycles of red/green to make a left turn. School busses are frequently caught up in the waiting also. Can we get the turn signal operating?
