Many cars (and recently trucks) sit alongside the park looking for drugs or prostitutes. I did notice a large truck last time I passed by, if it has not moved, the NHPD definitely needs to take action. As for parking enforcement, they ignore the rest of New Haven and instead only ticket downtown, which is stupid because there are parking violations all over this city, and ticketing these fools would be an excellent source of income. But you know how it is with City departments and unions - lazy, lazy, lazy.
