Thank you for reporting your concerns. We have evaluated the issue and determined this is the responsibility of Public Works Engineering and have referred the issue to them. This issue will be closed since Engineering does not use this service request application. If you would like to discuss this further please contact them directly at 385-4131 and ask for Brian Proctor.
