The owner of the home in question is deceased and the property has gone into foreclosure, but the bank does not have the control of the property yet.
The property will continued to be monitored and the proper agency will be contacted regarding this matter once property control has been established.

I am not putting this as "closed" until something is done. The house next door to it is for sale and those people are NEVER going to be able to sell that house until that eyesore next door is dealt with. I can't believe someone cannot just take care of the inadequate job that was done boarding up the blown out windows. Who boards up a house from the INSIDE??? It's not secure, it's a danger to kids who, while they do not belong on the property, are still likely to mess around it anyway.
