A large mural was painted on the side of a house on the courner of S Smedley and the 1600 Block of Fitzwater. The mural paint has run all down the side of the building and all over the street and sidewalk.

I never saw any type of permit for this work and not sure if one would even be required, however the paint mess is now all over city property and is an unnecessary eye sore. If the artist would have setup properly the mess might not have happened.

The owner of the house came on one of the other message boards and said he would have it cleaned up shortly. It's been over a month and this is still a problem. This needs to be cleaned up.
