a NO PARKING sign is needed for this small portion of the bridge. the cyclists turning right from 8th st onto Monroe need this space to turn right. Also, this is a bridge. you can't park a car on a bridge! there should be a new sign NO PARKING plus you should add more stripes on the roadway so drivers know not to park on the bridge. or if you have other ideas, please let's make this better.
