The yard at 1101 Fairview Court is totally overgrown -- vines attaching to pine tree branches, falling over tall weeds, ivy covering everything -- and beginning to impinge on neighboring yard. Owner has been informed of problem in past, temporarily addressed vine attaching to pine tree previously, but has since neglected completely. The yard is a rodent/snake hazard.
