I know this isnt COVs property but you can contact Cal-trans and let them know that there is a homeless camp that has sprung up again under the 37 freeway. This site was just cleaned up 2 or 3 weeks ago and has stayed clean. If this isnt addressed now it will turn into a dump again! This has to be dealt with now! This what people see coming into and leaving Vallejo. Please dont respond with , "This isnt the citys property contact Cal-trans" the COV should be working with the state to keep all the roadways clean and keep these filthy homeless camps to a minimum. Once one springs up, more will follow if left unchecked and not addressed.
