Description

This section of W Rincon St looks like trash alley! The whole block is full of trash, gas tanks, garbage, dumped debris.
Also some squatters are living in the field. Near the Rincon & Smith corner by the "Flooding Sign" you will find the "Well-trodden" path back into their abode.
