Instead of kicking the can and laying the problem on some else, why dont you just take 5 minutes of the COVs maintenance division" precious time" and clean it up! Does the city not care what the town looks like? Drive around and look at all the garbage that lines are streets, its pathetic, but we can afford 3 million dollars for a plan design for the new police station!!!!!!!!!!!! Prioritys are all wrong in this town!
