Beschreibung

The crosswalk sign is constantly showing "10" even when it should be counting down or not showing a number. This is at the intersection of Falls of Neuse Road and Harps Mill, on the east side of Falls of Neuse Road facing South to cross Harps Mill. The walk/don't walk hand still works, but the count down is not working. The other pedestrian directions appear to be working normally. I first saw the problem yesterday (2/17/2020), but I saw it again today.
