    Someone cut a 18"x18" hole in the asphalt on Boscobel Way today and left for the long weekend. The hole is >6" deep, easy enough to ruin a car tire and block the street. I suspect it was the contractors burying some new cables in this neighborhood. The street is unsafe to drive on.

    On Litchford Rd (southbound) near Landings Way, but south of the intersection, there is a large, new pothole. It's causing cars to swerve into the middle lane to avoid damaging their tires, which is a traffic hazard for northbound traffic.

    The crosswalk sign is constantly showing "10" even when it should be counting down or not showing a number. This is at the intersection of Falls of Neuse Road and Harps Mill, on the east side of Falls of Neuse Road facing South to cross Harps Mill. The walk/don't walk hand still works, but the count down is not working. The other pedestrian directions appear to be working normally. I first saw the problem yesterday (2/17/2020), but I saw it again today.

    Please add a signaled stop and crosswalk on Forum Dr near Chick-Fil-A. Every business day (especially around lunch), many people jay-walk here, and it is very hard for motorists to make a left turn from the K-Mart parking lot to go westbound on Forum Dr. This is a safety hazard for both pedestrians and motorists.

    There should be several white pole barriers (see red boxes in photo) in the turn lane from Litchford Rd southbound to Hunting Ridge Rd westbound. These poles would prevent car accidents in the turn lane, however they are now gone. There are small holes in the pavement where they used to be. Please reinstall these poles.

    Multiple potholes have reopened at the intersection of Shellnut Rd and Harps Mill Rd where the previous patch has failed. The potholes are at least 6" across and 2" deep, causing unavoidable damage to car tires. This is a relatively high traffic intersection in N Raleigh.
  • 601 N Expressway Dr Toledo, Ohio - Toledo
    N Expressway Dr is heavily damaged again. The cold patches from a few weeks ago are mostly gone, and new potholes have opened up on N Expressway Dr. There's a huge pothole (at least 6" deep and 6" wide) in the left lane, which has a forced merge of two lanes before the off-ramp from I-75 S. There's another full lane width pothole at the merge. There are multiple failed cold patches right after the merge.

    S Expressway Dr is all torn up again by winter conditions. There are at least 3 unavoidable potholes spanning the full width of the lanes to the North of the Shoppers World and other local businesses. All of the Jeep employees must use this route to go to and from work, and my tires are getting damaged by it. The old cold patches have failed.

    3101 Talmadge Road Toledo, Ohio - Ottawa Hills
    At the Talmadge Road and Central Avenue intersection, there are really frustrating potholes along the northern side of the intersection affecting most lanes. Talmadge southbound to Central eastbound - unavoidable, giant potholes in the left turn lane. Central westbound to Talmadge northbound - more potholes, especially where the asphalt and concrete join. These potholes are definitely damaging my car, and they're getting bigger every day!

    741 N Expressway Dr Toledo, OH - Toledo
    There are so many potholes on the I-75S on ramp (on N Expressway Drive), it's amazing. At least 3 of them are easily big enough to rupture a passenger tire.
  • 4224 Central Ave Toledo, Ohio - West Gate
    There is a big pothole near 4224 Central Ave in the westbound outer lane (Toledo property, not Ottawa Hills) about a block before the intersection with Talmadge. It's unavoidable and causing damage to my tires every day.

    The street has a lengthy pothole at the end of our driveway at 4145 Central Ave. We can't get into or out of the street without hitting this pothole. An asphalt patch would be appreciated.
