Overflowing trash at Roanoke Park

Could the City pick up the trash and recycling on their normal routes? Concerned this will attract rodents. Thank you.

That is a unique trash can. When we were walking our dogs over there in the mornings, there is a person that actually drives over to that can and throws away their diapers or dog poop bags or something like that. Something obviously stinky.

This is a busy park with lots of users. The trash and recycling cans are overflowing... leading to lots of bugs and smells. It would be great if they could be emptied on regular trash / recycling pick-up days.
