Description

On the right side of inbound Glenwood Avenue just before it crosses over Wade Avenue. Black metal safety railing has been knocked down. If someone fell off it's only a few feet down to the ground at that spot, but there should at least be some yellow safety/warning tape there until the railing can be repaired.
